Job Description:

For our team in Brno we are currently looking for a new colleague who will be responsible for training activities in our support centers, using the “Train the Trainer” methodology, cooperating closely with on-site trainers. Gathers the knowledge of Avast/AVG products, processes, tools and systems used in our support teams, and translates the knowledge into training materials. 

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the Training Cycle including planning and organization
  • Creating and updating Product and System Training Material (guides, training agendas, etc)
  • Communicating with trainers in remote locations, providing them with knowledge and support
  • Identifying knowledge gaps and training needs
  • Acting as Customer Advocate – ability to see the obstacles for the customer and report this information to other departments in an effective manner

 

You should:

  • Be experienced in Training or Documentation Writing
  • Speak English fluently
  • Have advanced knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Have experience in the Customer Support environment
  • Have knowledge of general IT systems, software and security
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be focused on measurable results, able to prioritize tasks based on their impact
  • Acting as a team-player by engaging other people to achieve the goal, keeps everyone informed
