For our team in Prague we are currently looking for:

 

Payroll Accountant

 

Ever wondered how payroll works in different countries? Or even around the globe?

You will be responsible for managing international payrolls, manage the full payroll process including receiving, validating, and completing payroll related data activities. The role will also take full ownership of all communications, ensuring timely responses, follow through, and resolution of enquiries.  

 

What you will do:

 

You will provide payroll support for our Asian and European locations, such as Germany, UK, Switzerland and Norway, but also Taiwan, Hongkong or Japan

You will collect all required payroll data from our subsidiaries and deliver it to our providers in accordance with specific payroll schedules in each country

You will be responsible for on time receipt and delivery of net pay and payroll reports in line with agreed upon payroll schedules

Ensure reconciliation and validation of data according to predefined payroll processing procedures and standards

Participate in the development of processes and procedures for the team in accordance with customer and business requirements

Serve as subject matter expert (SME) of payroll processes

Either CZ  or international payroll knowledge and experience

Advanced excel knowledge

Communicative English

Flexibility due to different payroll deadlines and time zones

Great attention to detail

Perfect communication skills
