Job Description:

This is an exciting role for experienced Executive Assistant who is looking for a new challenge from well-known software company environment. You would be a partner for our Executive team based in Prague.


Job description:


Full control of Executive team member´s calendar - planning external & internal meetings across several time zones

Helping with preparation of supporting materials for the Supervisory Board

Invoice management

Document formatting and completion, preparation of presentations

Administrative assistance including booking of travel & related tasks

Expense & fuel allowance reports

General office administration & support (copying/scanning)



Prior experience as an executive/administrative assistant

Strong personality and ability to act as a partner for Executive members

Excellent communication skills (English)

Highly efficient in time management

Detail oriented, diligent, self-motivated and pro-active in a fact paced work environment

Trustworthy, decisive and loyal

High proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook with a focus on complex spreadsheets, document formatting & detailed presentation creation
