Customer Care Specialist - part time

What will you do:
Support our customers with basic and advanced sales issues in Czech
Process and maintain orders for new and current customers
Support post-sales license operations like refunds, license extensions (mainly work in internal database, very rare direct contact in English language with customers, e-mail templates available)
Using internal systems to report bugs/errors/feedback
Closely cooperate with 3rd level support teams
What we expect:
Very good Czech/Slovak language skills, spoken and written
Good troubleshooting skills and analytical thinking
Attention to detail
Basic knowledge of MS operating systems
Intermediate English, both spoken and written (mainly for internal communication)
Willingness to learn, quickly adapt into new environment, independent, reliable person
