What is your role?
I am a Technical Support Agent for AVG. I provide help to our customers with troubleshooting and any other technical issues regarding our product via phone and email. I use online-tools, knowledgebase articles and different guides to resolve the issues and create cases with all required information. If needed, I try to replicate the customer issue on my own virtual machine or escalate the case through established procedure.
What is the best thing about working here?
The fantastic work environment, excellent team mentality and transparent communication throughout the organization. These three aspects make my time here enjoyable, make my job easier and make me feel connected with the company.
What have you learnt at AVG?
In addition to all the technical stuffs, I have learnt to be more confident on my own ability, to clearly communicate with people and to be more organized.
What challenges do you need to face at AVG?
The most challenging part of my job is to keep myself up-to-date about not only our products but also many other software and operating system that we monitor and manage through AVG.
